$688 million “Home Builder” Scheme
Enter into a building contract before 31st December 2020 & you could be eligible for $25,000.
To be eligible:
☑️ Singles: earning less than $125,000 per year in income
☑️ Couples earning less than $200,000 in combined income
☑️ Building or renovating your owner-occupied property
☑️ Minimum Spend of $150,000 with a building contract from a licensed builder
☑️ Must be over the age of 18 & an Australian Citizen.
Not eligible if:
⛔ Owner Builders
⛔ Renovating your home to include things such as swimming pools, tennis courts, outdoor spas and saunas, sheds or garages
⛔ Building on an investment property
⛔ Build contract price being over $750,000.
These new $25,000 grants are on top of existing State and Territory First Home Owner Grant programs, stamp duty concessions and other grant schemes, as well as the Commonwealth’s First Home Loan Deposit Scheme and First Home Super Saver Scheme.
